Ajorva Advisory

For dental practices

The money is already in your practice management software.

You have probably been pitched AI that answers the phone and sends appointment reminders. That is real, and it is the least interesting thing it does. Here is where I would look first, and you can check two of these in about a minute.

Three places it leaks

Two of these are money. The third is the patient who tells people about it.

01

The treatment nobody scheduled.

You diagnosed it. The patient said they would think about it. Nobody called back, because calling back is phone time that does not exist. It is still sitting there.

Run this: your unscheduled treatment plan report. In most practices that number has six figures in it, and it has been there long enough that nobody looks anymore.

02

The benefits that disappear on December 31.

Patients carrying unused insurance maximums, sitting right next to treatment you have already told them they need. On January 1 it resets as though the year never happened.

Run this: remaining benefits by patient, then look at how many of those names also appear on the first report.

03

The lab case that is not back yet.

This one needs no report. You already know which seat appointment is going to go badly, and you will find out for certain when the patient is in the chair.

It is not the biggest number on this page. It is the one the patient tells people about.

None of this is a marketing problem. It is a nobody-had-time problem, and that is a different thing to fix.

How I would actually work on it.

Who you would be working with.

I am Sebrina Williams, founder of Ajorva Advisory. I spent twenty years running and growing businesses before I ever built an AI assistant, so I start from what moves revenue in a practice your size rather than from what the tools can do.

I am a certified AI consultant, and I run free workshops around Chicago explaining what AI can and cannot do in a business, in plain language and with no hype. That is the least interesting thing about how I would work on your practice.

Curious what is in your reports?

Twenty minutes, no pitch. Run the two reports first if you can. If I am not the right person, I will say so and tell you who is.
