Ajorva builds the systems that do the follow-through, so the business you've already worked for stops slipping away. No technical team required.
Why Ajorva
Ajo is a West African term for a trusted circle: a group that pools what it has so that each member comes out ahead. No middleman. No opaque system. Just people who've agreed to trust the process together.
That's the model behind Ajorva Advisory. AI here isn't handed down from a faceless platform and taken on faith. It's brought in the way a circle works: structured, transparent, and reciprocal.
What This Actually Looks Like
They lose them in the four days between an inquiry and a reply. In the quote that got one follow-up instead of five. In the happy customer nobody asked for a review. In the client from eighteen months ago who'd buy again if anyone called.
None of that is a marketing strategy problem. It's a nobody-had-time problem. That's the part I fix. I start by watching how the work actually moves, the calls, the handoffs, the inbox, then I build the thing that closes the specific gap where money is walking out.
The best technology does not call attention to itself. It makes good work easier to do, good decisions easier to make, and good businesses easier to grow.
What I Build
Start wherever it hurts most. Most engagements begin with one of these and a clear before-and-after.
Answered, qualified, and booked while the lead is still warm, whether or not you're at your desk.
Quotes that got one touch instead of five. Leads from six months ago you meant to call back.
Every happy customer asked, every time, without you having to remember which ones.
Your pricing, your voice, your terms. Minutes instead of an evening you were going to spend with your family.
Content and email that actually ships, on a schedule, instead of the post you've been meaning to write since spring.
Past customers who would buy again if anyone asked them. Most small businesses never ask.
Scheduling, intake, and admin are how these get delivered. They're the mechanism, not the point.
A quick one
Eight yes-or-no questions about what AI can actually do inside a business like yours. About three minutes. They look easy, and most of the answers surprise people, including people who use these tools every day.
Take the quizIn Practice
Most engagements start with one workflow, not a rollout. This is the shape of it.
Week one
We measure. How long between an inquiry arriving and someone answering it. How many never got an answer at all. How many quotes got a second touch. Written down before anything changes, because you can't compare against a number nobody took.
Week two
I build one thing. The single place the most money is leaking, not a platform and not a five-phase plan. One workflow, working, on your real business.
Weeks three and four
We run it on live work. I fix what's awkward, tune what sounds wrong, and put the approval steps exactly where you want them.
Day thirty
Same measurements as week one, taken again. If the numbers moved, you'll see by how much. If they didn't, I'll say so plainly and tell you what I'd try next.
What it never does: send anything client-facing you haven't approved, or speak for you on anything regulated. You decide what it's allowed to do. It does the steps.
Then we either pick the next workflow or we don't. Nothing scales until the last piece actually works.
Who You're Working With
Sebrina Williams, Founder & Principal
I spent twenty years in business and marketing before I ever built an AI assistant. That means I'm not starting from "what can this tool do." I'm starting from what actually moves revenue in a business your size, and working backward to the smallest thing that gets it done.
It also means I've watched a lot of software get sold to small businesses and never used. I'd rather build you one thing you'll still be running in a year. I'm an OpenAI- and Anthropic-certified AI consultant, and that's the least interesting thing about how I'll work on your business.
Working Together
There's no account manager, no handoff to a junior associate, no six-week onboarding. When you work with Ajorva, you work directly with me: the same person who understands your business builds the thing that fixes it. Most first engagements start with one workflow and a result you can see before there's any talk of something bigger.
If you're in real estate, insurance, or healthcare, there's language AI shouldn't be generating unsupervised and client information it shouldn't be touching at all. I build the guardrails in from the start, I'll tell you plainly where the line sits in your business, and I'd rather lose the project than put you on the wrong side of it. Moving fast matters. Not more than staying out of trouble.
Work With Me
A virtual receptionist that answers, qualifies, and books. An assistant that knows your services, your pricing, and the questions you answer forty times a week. A follow-up system for the leads you meant to call back. You tell me what's eating the day, I build the thing that fixes it, and I stay on to keep it working as the business changes.
Every build is custom, with a one-time setup fee and a monthly maintenance fee.
Book a call about a buildTwenty minutes. If it's a fit, a proposal follows.
Get In Touch
Tell me what part of your week you'd most like to get rid of. Twenty minutes on the phone and I'll tell you straight whether AI can help, or whether it can't yet.
